The editor rejected 07-293r2, asserting that subcomponent is in fact
the correct term at [492:13] and [493:3], and that direct component
is not the correct term (because the entities under discussion are
objects, not types).  The term "direct component" does apply to
objects ([64:3]).

The only quibble that data subgroup had with 16.5.2.5 when it and 
UTI 123 were studied during meeting 182 was the use of the term
subcomponent.  If subcomponent is correct, the revision is correct,
and the UTI note can be deleted.
