Did you intend to introduce the paragraph that starts about 1/3 down
page 13 with "If coarray z contains a data component ptr, z[q]%ptr
is...", and then continue with a component p in the remainder of the
discussion?  Shouldn't the next three z...%p be z...%ptr?

The sentence containing the long example beginning z[q] = z doesn't read
well with the example in the middle.

The last sentence of 10 isn't quite right any more.  At 186, we
identified one case where the executing image doesn't know the type
without asking the image owning the object, in which case the procedure
reference isn't allowed.  See 08-301r1 (item 5), 08-308 and 08-309.
