As long as we are changing the dates, should we offer the possibility 
of changing the venue as well?   Santa Clara (with a Friday afternoon 
visit to Computer History Museum) could be nailed down fairly quickly.
But hotel rooms would cost more than in Las Vegas ($119+tax).
