(j3.2006) 185 closed, site configured for 186

Hi,

I've finished off 185 and reconfigured the web site
for meeting 186.

I didn't post a meeting announcement, just a forward
to WG5's web site to documents n1733 and n1734.

Please advise of any blunders.
