(j3.2006) 95 standard as one pdf

I looked twice in http://j3-fortran.org/doc/year/97-007r2 and didn't
notice the pdf directory.  And this after I got my cataracts fixed.

I wonder why ps2pdf followed by pdfmerge made such a big file.
