(j3.2006) 09-007r1 status

Hi folks,

I've had two trivial errors pointed out to me:

(1) the header has the wrong date (2009/02/25 instead of 2009/03/25);
(2) subclause 6.2 has only one subclause 6.2.1.

These aren't major enough to warrant a hasty revision, so I think we
should go with the files as they are.

Dan can you move 09-007r1.ps.bz2, 09-007r1.pdf.bz2 and 09-011r1.txt from
/Edit to the right place please? Thanks in advance.
