(j3.2006) Meeting 192 Agenda & Notice Have 191 Info (Was: site reconfigured)

The j3 site is up-to-date, except for the notice192 file.

I am awaiting the Host to complete it with the correct
contact information and so on.

Please watch your browser's caches is you are still downloading
the 191 pages.  :-)
